Seizing the Digital Business Opportunities: B2C E-Commerce Workshop for MMSE and SME


Over the past year, the emergence of Covid-19 pandemic and implementation of movement restrictions orders (MCOs) has greatly impacted the business operation and profitability of businesses, particularly the small and medium enterprises. Supply chain was immensely affected due to the stoppage of production line and disrupted logistic agility. Under these circumstances, e-commerce has become an alternative for sellers to reach their customers and a tool for its sustainability. 

This workshop aims to equip sellers, especially from the micro small and medium enterprises (MMSEs) and SMEs with relevant skills and knowledge on setting up and conducting their online businesses via Business-to-Consumer (B2C) E-Commerce platforms. Among the topics covered will be how to set up the B2C online store, managing the product listing and costings, creating the appropriate promotional strategies and fulfilling the orders to their customers.
